Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • wrong color selected
  • buyer’s remorse
  • general preference changes

Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may already have started, and we may not be able to cancel the order.
