Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and printed before it ships.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3–7 business days after processing
Holiday/peak seasons: Shipping may take longer than usual
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
The Printed Porch Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before production or shipping begins, but changes are not guaranteed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
The Printed Porch Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you locate tracking information or file a carrier claim when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
