How long does shipping take?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. We recommend comparing the measurements to a shirt or sweatshirt you already own and love. Since each item is made to order, please double-check sizing before placing your order.
Are items made to order?
Yes. Most items from The Printed Porch Co. are made to order just for you. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a variety of designs, colors, and styles without overproducing. Because items are made after your order is placed, processing time is needed before shipping.
